I have the honour, in contimation of my
letter lo. V.H. 46/8 of 24th June 1986, to report that
there is now no doubt that the soldiers who started the
firing belonked to that section of the Cantonese Army trained by imesions at the Kilitary loademy of Vhampea, Jull of confidenes engendered by their easy victories
over Cheng Chang Xing's troops and the fumanose aruj
they may have really thought that they could take Shameen,
In any case there is no doubt that they had expressed that
intention on the previous day,
